These terms apply to all tour packages, cab / tempo traveller services, hotel bookings and other travel services provided by Mathura Vrindavan Package through mathuravrindavanpackage.com, phone, WhatsApp or email. By making a booking or payment you agree to these terms.
2. Booking & confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from us (WhatsApp / email) and the agreed advance is received.
Package price, inclusions, exclusions, hotel category and vehicle type are as mentioned in your confirmed quote or itinerary.
Prices may change with season, festivals (Holi, Janmashtami, etc.), hotel availability and taxes until the booking is confirmed.
3. Payments
All payments must be made only to our registered business current account or UPI/QR shown on our Payment page. We never ask for payment in any personal account.
Please share the payment screenshot or UTR number with us to confirm your booking.

Please inform us of any cancellation or change as early as possible by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Refunds, if any, depend on the hotel, transport and other vendor policies applicable at the time of cancellation and on the cancellation terms shared with your booking confirmation.
Amounts already paid to hotels, drivers or other vendors on your behalf, and bank / payment charges, may be non-refundable.
5. During the trip
Temple timings, darshan queues, aarti schedules and local traffic are beyond our control. We plan the itinerary so you have the best experience, but sequence and timings may change.
Please follow temple dress codes, rules and security instructions. Mobile phones and cameras may not be allowed inside some temples.
Entry tickets, personal expenses, tips and anything not listed under inclusions are payable by the guest.
6. Responsibility
We arrange hotels, vehicles, drivers and guides with care and try our best to keep your trip comfortable and hassle free. We are not liable for delays or changes caused by weather, road conditions, strikes, government orders, temple closures, accidents, theft or other events beyond our control. Guests are responsible for their own belongings and travel documents.

I am Nagender Chaudhary. I live in Mathura — for me these lanes, ghats and temples are not just work, they are home. I started in the travel trade as a tour executive, selling tours and designing itineraries, and I kept hearing the same words from travellers: “we wish someone had planned this properly.” In 2018 I decided to be that someone, and Mathura Vrindavan Package was born.
