Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

• Please inform us of any cancellation or date change as early as possible by phone, WhatsApp or email.
• Cancellation charges depend on how close to the travel date the cancellation is made, and on the hotel, transport and other vendor policies that apply to your booking.
• For festival and peak-season dates (such as Holi and Janmashtami), hotels and vehicles are blocked in advance, so stricter conditions may apply. These are shared with you at the time of booking.
• Services already used, or amounts already paid to hotels, drivers and other vendors on your behalf, cannot be cancelled.
• If we have to cancel or change a service because of reasons beyond our control (weather, road closure, temple closure, government orders), we will offer you the best possible alternative or refund the unused portion.

Refund Policy

• Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method or the bank account the payment was made from, after applicable deductions.
• Once a cancellation is confirmed by us, the refund is processed as quickly as possible, subject to bank processing time. We will tell you the expected timeline when we confirm it.
• Bank / payment gateway charges and non-refundable vendor charges, if any, may be deducted.
• No refund is possible for no-show, late arrival or services left unused by the guest.

How to request a cancellation or refund

• Call or WhatsApp us on +91-8076786032 or email info@mathuravrindavanpackage.com with your name, travel date and payment details.
• We will confirm the cancellation in writing and tell you the refund amount, if any.
