Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

• Day 01 Delhi to Kangra/Dharamshala Area (1N Kangra/Dharamshala)

  • Morning (Early Start - 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM): Your pilgrimage begins with an early morning pick-up from your preferred location in Delhi.

  • Journey to Kangra Valley: Embark on a comfortable road journey to the Kangra Valley area in Himachal Pradesh (approx. 470-500 km / 9-11 hours drive). This will be a long but scenic drive, transitioning from the plains to the majestic lower Himalayas.

  • Late Evening: Arrive at your hotel in Kangra or Dharamshala (Dharamshala/McLeod Ganj is approx. 20-30 km further from Kangra town, offering more staying options and beautiful views). Check in and relax after the extensive journey.

  • Overnight Stay: Kangra / Dharamshala area.

• Day 02 Nagarkot Devi (Kangra Fort) & Nearby Temples Exploration (2N Kangra/Dharamshala)

  • Morning: After breakfast, embark on a spiritual and historical exploration of the Kangra Valley.

  • Highlights: Visit the ancient Kangra Fort, one of the oldest and largest forts in India, which also houses several temples, including the Ambika Devi Temple (often referred to in the context of "Nagarkot Devi" in this region). Explore the fort's rich history and architectural grandeur.
